Livestock

 

 The livestock are at the very heart of Stranraer Show with 25 different sections to enter including beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, Clydesdale horses and light horse and pony classes.

 

The 2025 Schedule (or list of premiums) will be available in June. 

Online Entries

You will be able to enter online using the online entry form. Payment must be made by bank transfer or cheque following submission of online entries.  

• Sheep & Beef Cattle – £2.00 per class
• Dairy Cattle – £4.00 per stall
• Clydesdale Horses – £2.00 per class
• Light Horses, Mountain & Moorland & Ponies – £5.00

Entries will only be accepted if full payment has been received. Closing date for postal entries will be 11th July, closing date for online entries will be 18^th July.

All exhibitors must be members of Stranraer & Rhins of Galloway Agricultural Society with annual membership costing £16.
