Livestock

 

 The livestock are at the very heart of Stranraer Show with 25 different sections to enter including beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, Clydesdale horses and light horse and pony classes.

If you’d prefer a hard copy of the Schedule and entry form please send a C5 SAE to Kathryn Jamieson, Lochnaw Home Farm, Leswalt, Stranraer, DG9 ORW.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or an enclosed cheque for paper entries. 

New for 2024 – Online Entry 

Entry Money is as follows;

• Sheep & Beef Cattle – £2.00 per class
• Dairy Cattle – £4.00 per stall
• Clydesdale Horses – £2.00 per class
• Light Horses, Mountain & Moorland & Ponies – £5.00

Entries will only be accepted if full payment has been received. Closing date for livestock entries is 12^th July.

All exhibitors must be members of Stranraer & Rhins of Galloway Agricultural Society with annual membership costing £15.
